All exhibitor’s tents, tables, displays, cars, vans, trucks,
etc. must be completely off the grounds as soon as the exhibitor can reasonable
remove them. Absolutely NO vehicles are to be operated on show premises that
are open to the public, during the established show times.

EXHIBITOR’S
|
$65.00 per space outdoors or indoors in the coliseum.
|
|
SPACE RENT:
|
Applications will be taken after July 14, 2010 only if allotted spaces are not
sold out. Vendors wanting previous years space must
have their contract in before July
14, 2010.
|
|
CAMPING:
|
Exhibitors camping on their rented space must pay an
additional $10.00 per night, Mon.
July 19, 2010 thru Sun.
July 25, 2010. Camping alone will be $20.00 per night.
Camping will be contracted through the Show Manager. Please remit camping
fees with space rent.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
- The
show promotes antiques, collectibles and handcrafted items. The leaser or
management, The Darke County Fairgrounds and the Annie Oakley Committee
Inc. shall not be held responsible for any injury or loss that may arise
or come to the exhibitors or their employees or their merchandise from any
cause whatever while said premises are being occupied under this
agreement.
- The
only food to be sold in the Antique Show and Collectables area will be by
food vendors approved by the Annie Oakley Committee Inc. prior to the
festival. The Farmers Market area will be home grown fruits and vegetables
only.
- The exhibitor
upon request of the management shall remove any items for sale or display
deemed objectionable by management from display or sale immediately.
- No
exhibitor’s space may be sublet without prior approval of management.
- The leasor or management shall provide no dealer
insurance. Each exhibitor shall be responsible for his or her own
insurance.
- If any
cause whatsoever makes it impossible to have the above named Antique Show,
Collectibles or Farmers Market, this lease shall terminate and the
exhibitor waives any claims for damages except the return of its rental
payment.
- Exhibitor
will provide their own tables and chairs.
- Camping
arrangements are to be made with the Show Manager. Fees to be submitted in
advance with space rental.
- Electric
& Water hook ups available to exhibitors. Limited to 15 AMP service.
Use of any generator is PROHIBITED>
- Exhibitor
is to leave his space in same condition as found. Clean up trash and
papers and place in proper containers. Do NOT dump holding tanks,
charcoal, etc. onto the ground. If your space is not left as found, you
will be subject to a $50.00 clean up fee billed to you. If fee is not paid
in a reasonable time, no invitation will be extended the next festival.
- Said
Antique Show, Collectibles, and Farmer’s Market would be held regardless
of weather.
- Exhibitor’s
spaces will be approximately 20’ x 20’ outdoor and approximately 10’ x 10’
in Coliseum. All tent stakes; displays, etc. shall be placed within
exhibitor’s space. Please allow for trailer hitches, tent stakes, bumpers,
vehicles, etc. All must fit in your assigned purchased space. No partial
spaces will be rented.
- Exhibitor’s
spaces will generally be assigned to the exhibitors on a first come, first
serve basis, with consideration given to returning exhibitors who return
their contracts by July 9, 2010. Exhibitors must be in their assigned
spaces by 9:00 am on Friday of
the Festival or space will be forfeited and no refund will be given. If,
for some reason, exhibitor cannot be in space by 9:00 am Friday, please note this on your contract,
reason why, or notify us immediately. NO exhibitor’s vehicles will be
driven into the festival area after 9:00am
Friday.
- Exhibitor’s shall comply with all laws and requirements
of any government authority, federal, state, or local. Exhibitors shall
indemnify and hold harmless the management. The Darke County Fairboad and
the Annie Oakley Committee, Inc., from any and all liability due to
failure to comply with any laws or regulations.
- Any
refund upon cancellation or breach of contract by exhibitor shall be at
the discretion of management.
- No
exhibitor shall create a nuisance or unreasonably interfere with the quiet
enjoyment of other exhibitors or licensees on the premises. There will be
no political or social sensitive displays or activity. No exotic animals
shall be permitted on grounds without prior permission.
- Free
parking will be assigned to exhibitors when they check in.
- Management
reserves the right to make such changes, further rules and regulations
regarding this show as it deems necessary and proper and all such action
will become part of this contract and binding upon the parties hereto.
- Exhibitors
MAY NOT begin to tear down until 5:00 pm
on Sunday at close of Festival.
- Contracts
received after July 14, 2010
or if the allotted number of lots are full, may
be returned.
- No
Parking in coliseum, also no Golf carts allowed at
festival except those used by the committee.
- NOTICE
TO ALL VENDORS—YOU WILL RECEIVE ONLY 2 FREE PASSES, IF YOU HAVE PEOPLE
WORKING FOR YOU, PASS PASSES AROUND. EVERYONE MUST HAVE A PASS TO COME IN
ANY GATE, IF NOT THEY MUST PAY THE $3.00 GATE FEE.
- If you
leave your unit on the Fairgrounds for the Darke County Fair, you must
make prior arrangements with the Secretary’s office, or you will be
charged $25.00 a day penalty.
- The
Fire Marshall states that ALL vendors MUST have a fire extinguisher. This
is the vendor’s responsibility.
