Where: Darke County Fairgrounds, 752 Sweitzer St (St Rt 49s)

Greenville, Ohio 45331

Set Up: Any time prior to Festival, July 21 – July 23, 2010

Please park with your respective groups only!

Cost: Camping will be $20 per night. This fee will be for the nights you stay,

unless you plug into electric.

Please stop at Vendor Camping office to pay and ask about your spot. DO NOT park without knowing where your group is located.

 

I, the undersigned agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by the Annie Oakley Festival, Inc. to be held at the above time and location, and further agree to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth on the back page.

Camping Rules & Regulations

  1. The lesser or management: The Darke County Fairgrounds and the Annie Oakley Committee, Inc. shall not be held responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the campers from any cause whatever while said premises are being occupied under this agreement.

 

  1. Electric & water service are available to campers. If there is an overrun of spaces, you only have electric & water limited 20 to 30 AMP service.

 

  1. Campers to leave his space in the same condition as found. NO FIRE RINGS. Clean up trash & papers and place in proper containers. DO NOT dump holding tanks, charcoal, etc. onto the ground. If your space is not left as found, you will be subject to a $50 clean-up fee billed to you. IF fee is not paid in a reasonable time no invitation will be extended to attend future festivals.

 

  1. No campers shall create a nuisance or unreasonable interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other campers on the premises. There will be political or social sensitive displays or activities. NO exotic animals shall be permitted on the grounds without prior permission.

 

  1. Free parking of cars or trucks will be assigned to campers, if needed, when they check in.

 

  1. NO golf carts allowed at festival except those used by the committee. Motorized chairs WELCOMED!
